Step into our inaugural winter supper — an evening shaped by three chefs cooking in concert, weaving together a menu that feels both intimate and quietly aspirational. Your night begins with a welcome cocktail hour, where guests are invited to gather with the chefs, sip something seasonal, and feel the energy of the kitchen as the story of the night begins to unfold.
From there, you’ll take a seat at the long table and connect with your fellow guests. Then you’ll move into our six-course tasting menu, each dish crafted as a reflection of our shared point of view: grounded in the Midwest winter, expressed with intention, and plated with the kind of detail that asks you to slow down and notice.
To guide the arc of the meal, we offer three curated wine pairings, selected for their ability to bridge courses — not simply matching notes, but gently carrying you from one expression to the next, like turning pages in a single long story.
This is our first event, the foundation stone of something we hope will grow — a gathering that could become a tradition, an elevated supper club built from the hands and ideas of the people cooking it.
