We invite you to gather with us once more for Winter Menu No. 2 — A Study in Thaw, Ember & Light, the second chapter of the Atelier & Ember Society dinner series.
This intimate, chef-led experience is rooted in classic technique and guided by modern imagination, where each course is thoughtfully composed to reflect the quiet transition of the season — from deep winter warmth to the first hints of brightness and renewal.
The evening will begin with a each guest starting with a welcome cocktail and passed bites, followed by a six-course tasting menu. Curated wine pairings will accompany the progression of the menu, bridging each course with intention and balance.
More than a dinner, this is a fully hosted gathering — a space for connection, conversation, and the kind of hospitality that lingers long after the final course.
Seating is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy and care that define the Atelier & Ember experience.
This dinner will take place on March 8th, 2026 at 5pm, off-site at Breitenbach Wine Cellars in their new event space- Lucy’s, and featuring a few of Breitenbach’s signature wines.
All pairings are included.
